Coaching is a focused, purposeful conversation designed to increase awareness, expand perspectives and enable change. Coaching is a bespoke form of support and as a coach, I work with individuals to tailor the coaching to their needs.
Through coaching, I have supported individuals:
• Land successfully in a new role
• Explore and resolve challenging situations with clients or teams
• Move from surviving to thriving, balancing commitments in and out of work
• Effectively navigate tough decisions and relationships
• Identify and shift limiting beliefs to expand the realm of the possible
• Define and articulate a compelling, authentic personal brand
• Articulate, develop and flex their leadership style
• Develop confidence, courage and potency to drive change
A COACHING PROGRAMME
A coaching programme will typically comprise of 4 – 8 sessions, each lasting between 60 and 90 minutes. We usually start with an exploration session to identify the desired outcomes and agree how we work together. We may also decide to use a diagnostic, such as a personality profiling tool to provide extra insight into our work.
The sessions are usually spread out over several months to allow you to time to practice and embed the changes over a period of time.
I offer a free 30 minute call upfront to discuss if coaching may be right for you.
ONE-OFF COACHING
I also offer one-off coaching sessions. These are usually 90 – 120 minutes where the focus is specific and defined. This can also be used as a follow up to a coaching programme.
Coaching is delivered in-person or virtually via Zoom.
